Account and billing data
We store chat identifiers, account slugs, memberships, billing IDs, invoices, refunds, disputes, and balance events needed to operate and reconcile the service.
Runtime data
Workspace state can include prompts, command requests, files, preview hostnames, audit events, usage holds, and usage details for billing and support.
Retention basics
Operational records remain while needed for billing, security, support, abuse review, legal obligations, and reconciliation. Temporary previews and holds are designed to expire or clear.
