Refund policy
Approved refunds debit matching purchased credits. Spent credits can mean denial, partial refund, or account adjustment after review.
Disputes and chargebacks
Payment disputes debit disputed credits and may pause paid access until support verifies the account and payment evidence.
Workspace limitations
Unsafe commands, exfiltration, scanning, tunnels, and destructive actions are blocked. Failed pre-answer usage holds are released.
